lyrics
we got away with it so far
tell me what you gonna do
we got away with the murder
now don't you make me bury you too
we moved when no one was watching
we moved quiet we moved smooth
out of grid out of radar
'cause we got no other moves
why
I paid for your last kiss
I paid with my cashless lips
I paid for your taxes
I paid for your last wish baby
we can keep it all hidden
tell me what you gonna do
buried right in the garden
you will find the answers to
questions that no one is asking
no one gives a shit about you
so we won't do what we're told
we got nothing left to lose

Find a quiet spot, sit down, put on the headphones, and don't do anything else but listen to this album. Symptoms will include shivers, a rush of intense emotions, and the desire to see Kathryn Joseph live. No, YOU'RE weeping into your coffee, transfixed by this beautiful, heartrending music. Thoughtful electronic pop songs interwoven with her tender vocals and nostalgic tinged song writing. Marnie's 2nd solo album never lets your ears down. electronic_dave
Hypnotic songs from this Cameroon-based musician, with vibrant rhythms and dazzling synths in songs that keep pushing forward. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 18, 2021
On the long-awaited follow-up to “Blackheart," D∆WN (aka Dawn Richard) continues refracting R&B through her own kaleidoscopic sensibility. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 8, 2016
A group that I know only too well, I’ve been with them for nearly 30 years; from their Glaswegian basement origins to their current status as Arena band. My enthusiasm for their later output may have tempered somewhat as the mighty ‘Gwai evolved their sound to avoid pigeonholing, but there is nothing better than when they lay waste to a venue via the sheer euphoria of ‘Helicon 1’. They’re still devastating live and, after all those years, THE authority in Instrumental Rock music. Logen Ninefingers
